Very shady apartments. My vehicle was broken into and there are zero cameras throughout the complex. The employees at the leasing office refused to help in any way. Furthermore, I am currently having to stay elsewhere due to a gas leak in my apartment. There seems to be no sense of urgency in alleviating the issue.

Spoke with Kenneth through email and the application process was a nightmare, first he calls to ask me for my pay stubs from my other, i provide them and he then tells me that it looks like a job change because i can't magically make paystubs for a future date appear in thin air, looks like i dodged a bullet though because I've heard numerous people say that have a roach problem

If you want to live in a place that allows the grounds to constantly look like this, choose Loxley Chase. I’m sure they’ll try to say this is the first time it’s gotten this bad, but it’s not. They never have the trash picked up nearly as often as they should, even though each tenant pays a fee monthly for ADEQUATE trash service. They’ll also comment and say it’s the fault of the trash company, but why haven’t they at least tried to clean the trash off the ground? They have a maintenance crew who could help. This place is trashy & all they care about is receiving rent. The only reason this place got 2 stars is because the neighborhood is surprisingly safe. Parking is terrible, the apartments need updated, & now we’ll be dealing with a rodent and bug issue after this trash mess is cleaned up. Reports are being filed!

I’ve lived here for a good 6 months now. The area is safe (so far). I haven’t had issues with any neighbors and the trash is picked up OFTEN!!!! Yes, of course, dumpster trucks are noisy but the area maintains clean! Cant top that! I haven’t met the office staff aside from J’Chelle, she is the sweetest! I’ve accidentally paid the rent late, twice, and they were VERY UNDERSTANDING about that! The pool is cleaned often. Maintenance are THE BOMB!! Very respectful gentlemen & they handle all issues on a timely manner. There has been bugs OUTSIDE, which is obviously out of their control, but I haven’t had issues in my home. Thank God! The apt itself is spacious and cute! But the stove and dishwasher are a nightmare lol! Which I HATE, but I’m grateful for all the other great services that I cannot complain! So far, I only have Two complaints. 1. Parking! Omg!!! I work late. When I come home it is hard to find parking because other people park in our side of the parking! People we don’t know!!!! The neighbor and I spoke about the headache this causes us! I wish we had assigned parking. I am handicap. I could walk but not a far distance! Also, I get here late. I shouldn’t have to walk too much in the dark. Hopefully, they can fix that. 2. The laundry room! The washers are way too small and $$! They should get at least slightly bigger washers. That’d be nice! Also, quarters! They should have a quarter dispenser. Or token dispenser?? Just an idea! Honestly, those are the only two cons I can come up with at this time! I am grateful for the staff of this property! You guys are amazing! In times like these, nothing tops having the peace of mind of security and peace. I’m happy with my move to Loxely Chase. #Blessed
