I just moved here for two weeks. It is a nice place. Katia is very nice and helpful. She helped me a lot with my move-in.

When we first moved in it was a nice quiet place to live. Now it’s under new management which is terrible I don’t get responses or anything from the office when I email or call until several days later. All I can say is the new management and people in the office have been terrible and very unprofessional. Would not be recommend living here unless you want to deal with annoying and unfair hassles from staff.

I was about to move out, but only reason to stay was return of Katia in management, in my 7 years of stay here, she’s the best. Management was worst before now i hope it changes.

I toured the property, and ultimately chose not to move here. The previous reviews do seem very accurate as the property does seem very old. Even the model seems old and you can tell damage was just painted over and does not look great for the price. I also do not love the $20 monthly fee for resident parking. I came with a lot of questions, and I truly appreciated the blonde woman that helped me. She answered all my questions as well as gave me complete honesty on things I was concerned about. Honest people are important to have when people looking to find a home they will be happy with. Thank you!
