I am a former resident (for one year), I moved out in early June, 2022. The living experience was ok. But getting my deposit back is a headache (I can get all my deposit back). I have reached out the staff several time, they cant solve the issue. TILL NOW (almost OCT!!!) can't get my deposit back!!!!!

Erika of the leasing office is incredibly rude and threatened to slap me with a $500 fee because I did not have all of my paperwork in order upon move in. (Despite the fact that I explained that I work full time and everything happened so quickly.) She rudely told me that I "shouldn't have even received my keys." Every interaction I've had with her has so far been unpleasant. I really hope this isn't an indication of what living here will be like.

I’m a current resident and I have to say that although it looks like the new owners are taking strides to improve the property I wish they would work in getting new AC in these units. I have a three bedroom apartment and the only place that stays cool is downstairs while all three bedrooms on the second floor are basically a sauna. I have three children, two consist of a toddler and newborn and it’s been very uncomfortable the past 2 years we have been here to sleep in our rooms. We have tried everything to get the upstairs cooled off and nothing works. I pay a good amount of money here and the fact that the AC unit does not cool our entire home is ridiculous. I worry about my kids sleeping in hot bedrooms and I can’t even put in an AC window unit because it would not fit in these windows to begin with and as a tenant I shouldn’t have to. Also my pantry doors as well as my daughter’s closet doors keep falling off the rails and the only thing that has been done is just putting them back on the rails but no solutions to keep them from doing that. Luckily these doors haven’t fallen when ever my toddler is walking around.
