Very helpful first day there from Jay but did get an incorrect part the next day dealt with someone else not as helpful as Jay found the correct part which was alot smaller than the incorrect part she had trouble figuring out refund process then charged me more for the smaller part questioned same got no answer. Overall my locks are fixed just not sure of the difference in price same part same company different size less material but more money.

I wasn't able to open my front door so I called Suburban Lock and they said they would come at 9:00 a.m. They arrived as my grandfather clock was striking 9:00. They replaced my lock and was gone in 15 minutes. I would highly recommend them.
