Very fast service but the lady doing my testing was not very personable. Even though this is a drug test for a job their job involves customers as well and it would be great to be treated like a customer instead of cattle being rushed through a process. Their is no receptionist so essentially the person doing the screening you would think would at least greet you say hi or something, overall lack of customer service.

On their website it says any lab test can be scheduled - no where on the website does it say that a “pre authorization is required” - I spoke to a rep over the phone and looked on the website which both stated only Insurance and a valid ID is required. What a waste of time.

unfortunately I had a very bad experience at this location. I went for a blood test. I had an appointment. I am extremely hard of hearing and have a cochlear ear implant which is not perfect. I signed in via kiosk which said I would have 0 wait time. I sat down and I could hear some people talking but no front desk. Were they talking to me over an intercom? Some other patients came in and I asked if they come to the door to get patients. They had no idea. I knocked on the door because monitor said I was being processed. Finally someone came to door and said it would be 2 minutes. That is 10 minutes after I got there when I had a 0 wait time. Finally someone came to get me. She did not ask for my ID or my insurance information. I had trouble hearing and understanding her because of her mask and I lip read. I told her so and that I was hard of hearing. She then pulled down her mask and screamed at me "WHERE IS YOUR HEARING AID?" Yes I can hear screams and see her face yelling at me. I felt terrible and mumbled something. I didn't know how to answer her about my cochlear ear implant. However I answered there was nothing she could do about it. Her question was simply to put me in my place because she didn't want to be bothered with me. In addition the blood test I took required 12 hour fasting, She never asked me the last time I ate food. In the past at other locations I have always been asked that question when taking a blood test. First time I have been to this location in a long time. I don't know if I will ever go back alone. Next time I will have to take someone to tell me what they are saying. A little kindness would have gone a long way. I hope the owner of this location sees this post and speaks with the staff.
