If I could give zero stars I would if you see good recent reviews DO NOT BELIEVE THEM rent has gone up from 1600-1700 to 2500-2700 place isn’t luxury at all staff is super rude. the old management was wonderful Jason was the best but they fired everyone for terrible ppl they make you feel unwelcomed everything is broken A/C dishwater sink etc there’s bugs you can hear things crawling in the wall at night even during covid they didn’t care at all ITS COMPLETELY HORRIBLE please don’t move here please I promise you will eventually regret it

I went to see the apartment which it looked nice! but the lease agent Named Jason gave me and my husband a terrible customer service and Extremelly poor service, he never looked at us in the eyes and he was bothered that we request to see an apt

M. Dora, how dare you invalidate another client experience with the rental agent. Just because you supposedly had "great" service, doesn't mean that others received the so called "excellent service".

I have been calling all week the office and no one is answering the phones nor returning my messages nor my emails. I dropped off 3 blank money orders on Sunday evening for an apt. and it is a week later and no reply or return phone calls.
