M. Dora, how dare you invalidate another client experience with the rental agent. Just because you supposedly had "great" service, doesn't mean that others received the so called "excellent service".

We have been Hidden Harbor residents for 20 years. Our interaction with Jason has always been positive, Jason always takes care that residents never feel frustrated, he does a great job here, beyond leasing agent, he respectfully listens to residents requests and gets them done. Sometimes Mrs Yu, we need to take a good look at ourselves, many times what we experience when interacting with others are nothing short than our own mirror right back at us.
