I have been calling all week the office and no one is answering the phones nor returning my messages nor my emails. I dropped off 3 blank money orders on Sunday evening for an apt. and it is a week later and no reply or return phone calls.

This is normal for them. They are the most unprofessional and unorganized when it comes to properly following up on anything (business, maintenance). The property is owned by a family they have their nonchalant relatives and staff there that are pretty much like suck my nutts when you ask for assistance or complain about anything. Good luck with getting a response via phone. You will have to stop by the office.
