I had a 10am appointment for an oil change. I dropped off my car at 10am when John than informed me that they would call me when my car was ready. Flash forward to 1:45pm when I showed back up and my car had just made it to the lift. They informed me that it would take another 45 mins. I understand that when working service you can get backed up but 4 and a half hours for an oil change is ridiculous. The mens bathroom was the most disgusting thing I have ever seen, it looked like it had not been cleaned in a long time. Last note $150 for an oil change seems a little expensive, I know it was fully synthetic but still $150 is high. I really recommend you find somewhere else to have your car serviced.

I made an appointment online in advance for a tire rotation and alignment check. I left work early for this appointment and re-arrange my day to be able to do this and I’m told there’s no mechanic to check the alignment only before 4 pm. Why would I be allow to make an appointment online when I specified what I needed and if you didn’t have a mechanic why didn’t you call me in advance to noticed the customer.

This location is atrocious. They keep you on the phone on hold for over 40 minutes then they try to push add on services to your order. Totally bad service
