Community is good, but the houses are too old and not worth paying that rent. Being an international student this is our 1st place to stay in the United states. I understand that the prices of housing has increased rapidly but they have increased more than normal. I felt it is not worth paying and the rooms are very small and they don't give microwave. One of the staff member he doesn’t give respect. overall I am not at all satisfied staying here😕

Please do not move here! The only good amenity in this place was the reserved parking space. They have removed them to allow the tenants that rent rooms and have more than 10 living in the unit. Those tenants have more than 4 cars. Those tenants are the ones that have found this injustice very beneficial. While the families that are registered on leasing office now have to be driving around after a 12 hour shift looking for a space to park. You ask the office where do we park when you can’t find a space to park the response sarcastically is , drive around in circles till someone leaves or expect your car to be towed. We have contact corporate and tried talking to the property manger that has absolutely no concern just like corporate for the tenants bound by contract. Yet we have been ignored and laughed at. They also hired On call parking system that tows the cars away. This is what they have done to the tenants after raising $200 of rent every year since they bought the property. The apartments falling apart ain’t worth what you are charging now. Specially when you have taken the only good thing from this community .Find a place to live where management and corporate care for tenants who have lived here for years. That hears and respects tenants legally bound by contract and not the ones that you have given them our space to park. We should be able to park close to where we live and not buildings away. Or have to go round in circles and hope that you don’t get a fine or worts, get car towed. Worst place to live!

Small apartments, terrible management, owners are always changing every year. Rent has gone up every single year, its gradually gotten worse with time but 2021 has been the worst. Been living here for 5 years already & can’t wait to get out of here. Unprofessional & don’t care about their tenants. They never respond to emails and take forever to get back to you if there’s any issues or concerns. Recently renewed the lease and didn’t include in the contract how there would be no more assigned parking spaces in the community. They made a deal with oncall parking this year which you pay $50 for each registered car and didn’t disclose that you wouldn’t even be guaranteed a parking spot now since anyone can park in your previously assigned spot. If you work at night and get home late you will not find any space and will be put in a situation to park in the sides which will then put you in risk to get your car towed by the oncall group. They just care about the money and not the people living there. I don’t recommend these apartments to anyone, you’ll find bigger & better options in the sweetwater & fontainebleau area for cheaper as well. Avoid dealing with them & their inflated rent prices with no good amenities!
