I’ve been living at this place for the past 2 years and everything is getting better since we got new management. I’m renewing my lease for one more year because you cannot find anything like this in this area. This location is very close to everything and very convenient. I don’t have to commute for an hour after work. Claudia helped me with all my paperwork, it was a quick and great experience.

Be wary and worried it will take a long time to get through the application. They will make you wait and wait and possibly change the price on you. They will find ways to incur fees on you.. they will show you one place and move you into something different. The gym smells like mildew

HORRIBLE place. DO NOT LIVE HERE. We pay $1500 and for what? For holes in our ceilings. This place is old and WILL fall apart on you. Even after this, landlord still has the nerve to raise rent. Pathetic. The staff is responsive, and are generally very good at getting to work orders. What other choice do they have? This entire place is falling apart on the daily.

Nice community and friendly staff, it's like a small town in the middle of the city.I had a 2 bedroom for $1600, good price for the area. It has lots of green area very convenient to walk my dog without going out of the community.
