Great property. Leasing office staff is very helpful and the maintenance team works extremely hard. My only critique would be to add some peloton bikes in the gym like the other buildings in the area & updated appliances in the apartments would be great too.

I moved in May 2021. My experience has been great. I have not had a problem in the apartment. The location is fantastic, the view is great and the apartment is beautiful. The distribution of spaces in the apartment is perfect. I used to live in a house and thought I was unable to place all my furniture in the apartment and obviously I was wrong. Paul and Michelle are very responsive and respectful. Excellent place to live. One thing I would improve is the visitors parking.

What can I say about this building that hasn't been said already. I moved here for work a couple of years ago and loved it right away. The view from my apt is amazing, and the amenities that they have are top notch. A great pool, and a sick gym, sauna, and steam room. Not to mention a park right next door to take my dog for a walk. And what brings it all together is the great management staff, Paul and his assistant Michelle are two of the best people you could ever meet. They work so hard to keep this building as amazing as possible. Great work!

I have been living here for a few months and everyday I love this property more and more. From the Manager Paul to the maintenance staff. Everything is so on point. Not to mention the amenities and the views of the ocean right there. You can't go wrong.
