Moved here to Miami a year ago now and just renewed our lease. The location is great, close to everything you need! All the staff is lovely as well! Suri is the best! She helps with everything and makes you feel like you’re right at home. And maintenance is wonderful and quick! Anything you need, they’re taking care of it. Highly recommend sunset gardens!

We have been here for a year and cannot say anything but great things about our community: the staff, our neighbors, everyone is so attentive. We feel so safe living here and we do not have any complaints. If there is ever a request needed, the amazing and friendly maintenance team come the same day. I am truly blessed to be here at sunset gardens. This is our home.

Absolutely love the leasing experience, both online and in person. The process is seamless and transparent—no hidden or convoluted messaging. The leasing office answers their calls—any time you call with questions or updates—and they are not only knowledgeable, they are absolutely the most professional and helpful. The apartments are SO spacious and beautiful. From the high ceilings to the appliances and the balcony—there isn’t another complex that offers the square footage at the price that Sunset Gardens does. The property is pristine and quiet. The maintenance staff does a remarkable job of keeping everything perfect. I highly recommend this community. It’s the best I found in the price range.

What size apartment are you interested in and when do you need to move? There are no apartments available now, but we could have some in March.
