Absolutely the worst place to live, management is racist and they treat tenants badly, they will invade your privacy, not notify when entering your property, DO NOT MOVE HERE, glad I’m leaving. After the 3 worst years of my life, management does not make it feel “like home”

I just moved in February 15 of this year and I've had huge issues for 1 my hot water only last about 5 minutes before its cold 2. The tub doesn't drain fast enough to where all the dirt and grim is sitting in the tub (have to scrap it out) there lazy with the paint. Note if u move here be prepared to pay 50 for parking I've had my car towed already also be ready to pay $3.50 to do laundry 3. My front door scrapes across the floor. There are holes in my screened patio area And there is no light in the bedroom all of this and I've lived here exactly a month be smart don't spend 1,700 a month to live like this

Having a great 1st apartment living experience here at Aventura. The office team is very helpful and goes above what I expected. They have been a great help with my transition to apartment life. I experienced a small maintenance issue and they were able to talk to me about the process and sent over a maintenance team member. He was very knowledgeable and spent the time to explain what happened and how I can make sure to keep everything in good shape so I can enjoy my new apartment life.

The property has improved since living here less than a year. The resurfacing of the parking lot and sidewalks has been a good improvement. The addition of a dog park has been great. The management with Scott and Lilly have been very good as well. The complex has more green space than most, and I am fortunate to have good neighbors. Maintenance has been good in helping with any problems that we have had with our living space as well. I believe that the property as a whole is improving
