I was a 2+ year resident that recently moved out. Pros: apartment units are very nice. The gym is pretty good. Touristy neighborhood w bars & restaurants. You will never go hungry! You can get an Uber in 3 minutes or less. Cons: this is a party building. It’s very loud with music and also nearby construction. Ear plugs and noise machines won’t cut it. There were weekends that I didn’t sleep for over 72 hours due to noise. Valet parking is a pain. The property management allows AirBnB, despite claiming that they don’t. Lots of transient people in the building that will treat your home like it’s a hotel.

I absolutely love Wynwood 25! This building is the best in the area. It has PRISTINE facilities (Gym, Rooftop Pool, Library, Cafe Lounge, Courtyard, Dog Washing Station , Outdoor movie theater and grill area and bicycle storage room). These facilities coupled with professional and friendly concierge staff and valet make living here a very pleasant experience. The apartments are incredible. Italian kitchen and bathrooms, Smart Entrance Locks, Smart Lights and Smart thermostats. Your entire experience here is through apps that are easy to use. I highly recommend this building. ***FELT LIKE MEGAN MARKLE*** First of all- WOW WOW WOW! I was immensely impressed at the beautiful Wynwood25 Property! The actual apartment?? Gorgeous! The location?? Perfect!! The customer service? First class!!! I had the pleasure to be met by Rodrigo, who went above and beyond delivering an excellent customer experience! I felt like royalty being led through the property grounds... through the beautiful penthouse views... past the shimmering pool.... the gorgeous murals that make Wynwood so famous... Rodrigo gave me the royalty treatment! I didn't wanna leave!

I am absolutely in love with our new space! From one designer to another, it was designed beautifully. The amenities are like no other in the area with a roof top pool, entertainment space, and the clubhouse and gym are great! My favorite part is it evokes relaxed yet vibrant culture of the neighborhood. It’s in the heart of Wynwood, walking distance from every local bar, restaurant, and coffee shop, and work :). I worked with Carlos from the leasing team, he’s amazing! He must have shown me multiple units on more than one occasion and he was so nice and patient with the process. We also worked with Cindy, who is extremely nice and very astute. She made the moving transition painless and made us feel welcome right away. The great service from the team sealed the deal for us. Words can’t express our gratitude!
