Crown Point is a quiet, peaceful neighborhood surrounded by beautiful wooded property. Neighbors are quiet and respectful and the animals are treated like family by both the residents and staff. Very good living space. Wonderful maintenance to the apartments and attention to landscaping and pool.

My husband & I moved in alit'l over 2 weeks ago. Marie, the office manager, was so pleasantly nice in helping us with the whole paperwork process of getting us in, into our new place. We are very happy with what we have seen here, in this apartment community. The apartments, themselves, are really very nice, well kept & up to date. The whole community environment is quite soothing. Everyone goes about their own business, people out walking their dogs.. No trash, no clutter, super clean apartment grounds!

I have to agree most of the tenants reviews. Marie has been the best at helping us to feel comfortable about the application process. It is by far the most care and compassion for the little people. Hands down the best apartment manager we have ever had. I highly recommend this location it is the best of all of Salisbury apartments. Just expedient service as long as you dont screw up the info ( like my husband did with our previous address, Lol).

Very easily 5 stars! My experience so far has been nothing less than excellent. The manager, Marie, has been so kind and helpful and has made the moving process super easy for my family and me. The property is very well kept, very clean, and the interior of the apartments are beautiful. It's located in a safe environment and only a couple minutes from town. We have made a very good choice with Crown Point! HIGHLY recommend!
