This is the most unprofessional and unsanitary apartments not to mention the criminal acts that take place. From killings to what seems like fraud(in the office) . It’s trash from the entrance to the back of the apartments . They’ve had 6 property managers in 1 yr exact, none of them relate messages to the new person that’s hired in their position. So anything before don’t matter….. the worst thing about my review I’ve only visited and learned all these things ! This is the most unprofessional and worst estate or whatever u want to call it

Living here is awful!!!! People throw trash everywhere! The cleanliness is A 0 and the residents could careless about being safe and their noise ordinance. Parties and trash everywhere. Couches on porches and grills on walk way. The smell of weed on a daily! Been here two years and I was on time paying my rent until they thought it was ok to never fix anything! I never once have lived with so many ignorant black people. I actually care about having a decent place to live.

Nobody is ever in the office they always close early if someone does decide to come to work. I do not recommend these apartments. I would like a personal number from management or corporate that I can call.
