I live here, it’s been almost two years already and for the most part I recommended. Management and their team works hard to maintain the condominiums clean and safe. I just hope they would bring prices a bit more accommodating. thankful to be here 😇 I need a two !!!! 🥹😝

You have to pay $500 DOLLARS just to have a dog or a cat also the management is not so good rude employes only nice ones are the janitors and ITS SO EXPENSIVE

My Wife and I waited over an hour to see the rental manger 05/28/21 - when she did arrive after 3pm, we went to see her at the rental office and when me and my wife ask about the apartments - she was very rude and said ... We are full and we don't have any apartments for rent. Well outside on 7th street as you enter the apartment complex there are banners saying "Now Renting". This is false advertising!!!! I know the lady name I will get a Lawyer because of discrimination and false advertising. Oh by the way..... just because I am white and she is Latino she rented to a Latino family that was her preference. Bad Lady ... We are Americans born here in the US and you wont rent to us. Bad Lady!!!!! Please if anyone else had this happen speak up.

A class C property with the low wage maintenance and part time managers. Waiting 3 weeks plus for a dishwasher, and counting... with no problem solving. Even though home depot is accross the street. But you guys obviously love turnover. Oh! Let's not forget the lovely mold inside walls. Keeps the paint guy on payroll.
