I have been a resident at Midtown since 2020. I just gave my notice that I’ll be leaving, and it’s bittersweet. I’ve genuinely enjoyed my time here. I’ve rented the TH3 floor plan, and it’s perfect. It feels like a home, not just an apartment. Only giving 4 stars because I wish they had more amenities like a playground or dog run, and the gate is regularly malfunctioning. The gym is of excellent quality. The demo kitchen is gorgeous! My favorite part of living here is the maintenance staff. You won’t live anywhere without little problems , and these guys were terrific at solving them for us. I think they’ve been listening to residents and working towards resolving significant issues like the flooding and lack of parking. The flooding issue appears to be resolved, and parking improvements are underway. The prices are high, but I dare you to find a place in Miami with these amenities and proximity to beaches and highways for less! You won’t because they don’t exist. I’ll miss it here.

Midtown Aventura is a great place to live. Great environment and very friendly community. Assistant Manager Gaby is extremely helpful and is always quick to respond with any help that you might need. Every business could really benefit from someone like Gaby and her dedication to her work. I want to thank everyone that works in this community from supers to people in the office. Thank you so much for all your hard work!

My partner and I toured this property with Carolina Apolindar. Her service was absolutely incredible! Carolina made our experience very pleasant 10/10. I would highly recommend her! She is professional and great at what she does .We felt welcomed, acknowledged and well taken care of. We also really love and enjoyed the community and will definitely apply now!

I love living here! I have lived here now for 3 years (3 leases). Gaby the assistant manager has truly been a great asset to the leasing office team and the Midtown Aventura community. When I have reached out for assistance her responses are quick and she is very kind and understanding. She is the type of manager that ALL properties need. Because of her I have been a happy tenant.
