I went in to buy a pair of wiper blades. I realize they carry a variety of items economical and they go the extra mile.

Yes they buy any parts of auto or van or truck and in the moment they no have the part on the store or any already or near they in the same day that you go they call for their principal storehouse and told you example we can have the piece for tomorrow here they do the impossible to fund whatever you need

I just got off the phone with some guy at this advanced store he could not tell if that had a part I need he told me that I have to come in and see for myself the hell with this place

Sorry you had a bad experience. They have always been nice and helpful to me with any questions I've had you can go online to check their stock and I think you can even call them once you know what you need and they can order it in for you to pick up also the offer discounts I believe online with certain discount codes

They are terrible to deal with auto zone is even worse, buy on line if you can, you can absolutely get more accurate information online about issues that you're having with your vehicles then you're ever going to get from a walk-in auto parts store unless they have actual mechanics on duty but then you're going to pay for them to diagnose which is like a hundred bucks I find it most of the information online is 100% free and you literally get comments from people that have the exact same vehicle with the exact same problem it helps you look and see exactly what you need I save easily 60-70 80% buying parts online versus buying parts at any parts house
