They are short staffed so one person might have more then their own route.
We're missing a lot of carriers, we do what we can. That said, you can stop by the post office and request your mail. These are very hard times for usps. Covid does not spare us, we're overworked and understaffed.
You should contact the postmaster general at the post office in that area. If there is none then contact THE postmaster general of USPS.
