Poor business model. Website says Mon-Sat 12pm-5pm is members and walk ins. Drove 25 mins, got there at 12:40pm on a Friday, and they say "Sorry, today is members only."

It takes about 15 to 20 minutes
Depends what you want done...car wash they don't need appt. But for more detailing its best to make appt. They are very good there and very reasonably priced.
