Mike, You should bring them in so we can show them "returned" in the State vehicle system. We will also check to see if you have a refund. If you do, we will apply for the refund and you can expect to receive a check from DOT-State of Iowa-in approximately 2-4 weeks. Thank you.
You dont have to rush but once you turn them in they will log it in there systen that you no longer own the car. And also get a credit refund if there is one.
