Sorry don't attend school there and not living there either. Been there for US track and field trial.
People often consider the "Downtown area" to be located along Grand Ave. and Court St. or along the skywalk. These are all about a mile south of of the stadium. This is an older part of the town.
Not to sure. I would try to get a hold of campus security. They could probably answer that for you. Sorry I couldn't be more help.
Depends on the event. If so. They do security search on them.
