My 12-year companion, Steven L. Hatch, age 67, was involuntarily euthanized at Blackhawk Life Care Center in Lake View 8/6/2015 after being forced into Gentiva Hospice out of Carroll, Iowa without a terminal illness and after he had refused their services. His death was caused by narcotics prescribed by Dr. Leszak Marczewski and Dr. Zolten Pek (representing Loring Hospital) causing his heart and lungs to stop at 2:30 am August 6, 2015. Nothing has been done to get justice for an Involuntary Euthanasia (aka murder) that occurred in Sac County, Iowa and was reported to the Iowa Board of Medicine after I had studied the medical records proving he did not die of natural causes. I was mistreated by a doctor and other workers at siouxland community health care. The physician assistant accused me of lying about my surgery that I had and refused to read my medical record that I had taken with me. And didn't believe I was in pain. So she prescribed me some medication that I've taken in the past that didn't work for my pain and she said that's all I'm going to give you it's that or nothing, so I walked out of there with nothing. She also lied on my medical report. She referred me to a pain clinic and made up false documents on the referral. I have proof of all this and made a complaint with the board and they closed the case without wanting to see my proof, I'm frightening to Go see other doctors because of what does Doctor did to me and got away with it. Thank you for not doing your job.
