A bunch of Karen ‘s working at this location I had ask tell multiple times of what I was requesting and needed assistance on . I experienced a bunch of non listening and no problems solving solutions asked for a complaint form and never received it !! These people who work at this office don’t have any sympathy and they will not go the extra mile also no diversity which needs to change !! It looks like the golden girls in the office .maybe need some youth and diversity !!!

TRAFFIC COURT. Teresa in traffic division is so rude. Hangs up on callers and has no patience. Huffs and puff. Sucks her teeth. She lied to her supervisor and said I cursed at her. All I said was “Jesus Christ” (at the price). Spoke to her supervisor Seyed(Sade) He was very nice and apologized on her behalf. Melinda in the traffic division is nice and has patience. I think Teresa needs more training. Don’t take a job where people call and ask questions if your patience is low.

I had to speak with someone today at the Civil Clerk of Courts in Polk County. I needed a stamped certified copy of some legal papers and I have to say the people I spoke with there were the sweetest, kindest most patient people, it shocked me. I think I spoke to a Brandy, but had to call back with some other questions and they were all so very kind. What a pleasure to get such courteous, genuinely knowledgable and sweet service. Thank you so much!

You can either call with the case number, or look online with the case number. It will show whether or not it went through for your contempt.
Ask the clerk in the historic courthouse. Cost about $35.

You have to go into the original courthouse and see if they can pull up a certified copy
There a little both when u walk in to the court house off to the left u have to talk to the ladys and they will give u paperwork to fill out and u can fill it out there and bring it back the next day and the judge will make a decision then .
