The front desk lady is horribly rude every single time you walk in or call. The people that work there are the lowest tier you can find but it’s cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.

Absolutely terrible!! Let my deaf son whose an addict just flounder . Went in to group and was not welcomed. Was told he could not use video relay after we were told he could. Went in for one and one that was suppose to be an hour lasted 15 mins. Absolute joke!!!

Prelude is definitely a great choice to begin your sobriety journey especially if you are low income or have state insurance. I especially like that even if there program isn't the right fit for you they try an help you find a place that is. Prelude can definitely help people with beginning there sobriety journey as well as set people up in the next few moves they may need to take in life to keep there sobriety even after completing there program.

As a former employee of that place I’d like to say it was an absolute worst working environment I have ever been a part of. I can spend the next several hours writing out everything I have seeing and heard there, but I will spare you all the shock. Respect, honesty, trustworthiness, teamwork, and fairness are a few of the characteristics that are severely lacking in that facility and I am just referring to staff here not patients. That being said, on top of deplorable working conditions and patient difficulties( which is understandable due to line of work), it’s impossible to be happy to come to work daily. Also not to mention, raking up any concerns up high does zero to improve anything and solutions for problems are non existent. I can’t in my good consciousness recommend prelude as a good place to work and I truly feel sadness for patients that come through there and get zero out of the program.

If it is they should be able to answer that if you call the number. Occasionally phones can be taken away although I am sure the residents are safe. They have a great team of people and do what is the safest for there patients
