I have two cars worth of plates. I sold the cars. How do I turn in the plates so I’m not paying on them and can get a refund? Also how do I get the black plates with being closed? P.S. when will you guys open again?

BLACKOUT PLATES: To obtain the blackout plates, while we are closed to the public, you need to mail $35 plus $3.00 postage/handling per vehicle or use our drop box on the South side of our building. Include plate# to vehicle you want plates on, list what type of plate you want i.e., Blackout or Heritage, etc, phone#.
