My neibgors across the road have dogs that they let run loose at times and they come over to my property and get after my cages birds and rabbits... what can u do to get them to stop letti g their dogs run before they end up killing my animals

You will need to call the dog shelter at (740) 593-5145. They are open starting at 10 AM every day except Wednesday and Sunday.

I would say that if dogs are running loose,it's not pound dogs but dogs that have been let go at the shelter.,from people who don't care enough to check them in.
