Does anyone know how to request a new case manager and case worker?

Becky Coterel yes. Every party involved agrees we need a new case worker. We just arent sure how and my case worker wont tell me anything

Ask to speak with Director. However, depending on the age group and situation. Changing workers is hard...hopefully there is something that can be mediated
