I called the place on East 3rd Street tell the receptionist I needed blood pressure medicine water pills and cholesterol medicine cuz I was out and this is the date is 4:11/2022 she told me she could not get me in there until July and then I told her I would probably die before then if I don't get my blood pressure medicine I think this place don't know what they're doing the receptionist does not know what they're doing so if you don't want to live long do not use this place I've never heard anybody be like this weird very strange might be because I am a white man that might be the problem they might have some racist stuff going on down there wow what is this world becoming this racist stuff needs stopped immediately before somebody dies over it for not getting their medicine right nobody's done nothing to them I don't know why they act like that for

Just tried to make a dental appointment here but they’re not accepting new patients with buckeye health. The lady who answered the phone seemed frustrated & like she didn’t want to talk to me or answer my questions. Rude

ATTENTION MANAGEMENT!!!Very rude and unprofessional receptionist. I contacted this agency by phone and was greeted with "How may I help you." I proceded to inform her about what I was calling for which was a quick question. In the middle of my sentence she abruptly interrupted me and said "I have someone at my desk I'll be right back." The receptionist never waited for a response just immediately placed me on hold. I was on hold at least five minutes before I hung up the phone. This treatment is highly disrespectful and unprofessional. I hope management gets her the Needed customer courtesy training she definitely lacks.
