Customer Service on the call was excellent. Communication was excellent. The technician was on-time and polite. We had roofers do repair and have eyes on the repair and shared the work was done right/well-- little damage to the roof. It was efficient and the price was reasonable.

Update Review: Original Review, two stars Technician they sent out to do the work was very qualified did a good job. And they quoted me $160 for the first hour and then hourly right afterward. They neglected to tell me that the hourly rate is $160 an hour. The installation cost me over $600 for one normally be charged out at around $350-$400. Beware of price but happy with work This did not include the antenna. So if you’re trying to save money to put an antenna up I recommend you just stay with cable My update is that we had the problem and the billing they took very good care of me as I said for the beginning the installation was excellent. So incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Bill helped us figure out a DTV cluster, where no account was found for our house???? (Although we'd had DTV for years). Dave his IT guy is so knowledgeable and passionate about tech. Fabulous, quick, cheerful and overall incredibly helpful.

My elderly parents needed a TV antenna installed. I contacted AmeriSat and spoke with Bill. Bill assured me they could get the job done. Bill explained the process and I felt very comfortable hiring them to install the antenna for my parents even though I wasn't able to be there on site when they did it. Dave showed up to install the antenna and called me to make sure the installation was done to my satisfaction. His updates made me feel as though I were on site. The installation took 1 hour less than expected and Bill adjusted the initial quote to reflect this. My parents are thrilled with the quality of the picture and I am very happy to have found a professional company that I can trust.

If Dish said its fine then you are Ok to throw it away. Dish is removing a lot of receivers from use. Call us with the receiver model number and we can tell you for sure.
