My friend and I went here to upgrade a phone. We were assisted by Carlos who was a straight champ! He took us through the steps and was really helpful and friendly. We ended up staying for a while but he was patient and kind all the way through. Customer service A+! We also got a pretty nice deal with a trade in, so that was also a plus lol.

this store was absolutely ground breaking 😌🤞 we were helped by our home boy Carlos. CARLOS WAS VERY HELPFUL AND UNDERSTANDING best customer service ive had. he had a super cool phone and vibe 10/10 would come again, t mobile for life 💪

This is the second time they have been dishonest in their dealing with me. The salesman/ associate said that I qualified for a free phone promotion and well when I get home to find out that I am getting nothing but a bill for the phone and the service with free NOTHING so that the salesman/ associate can meet his quota on my back. This is the last time I do business with them!! :-( T mobile corporation has made it up to me, so to be fair I am changing the rating to higher. I want to thank T mobile corporation for reaching out to me and making things correct the way things should been with the sales rep. Thank You T Mobile;-)

I went in to discuss options on outfitting a travel group with phones for a group trip to europe. I left satisfied but a month later i received a bill for a line I did not authorize. Basically one of the store representatives committed fraud and opened an account in my name. Likely, to receive the commission benefits in creating a new line. I had to take time out of m schedule to go back to get it resolved and even then they were no help. I ended up having to spend 2 hours on their customer care line to remove the charges. Basically do not trust this store with your sensitive information avoid at all costs.
