Only thing i do not like is when i call over to dss i can never get a hold of anyone to speak to, but when i go there, i am helped and redirected. So i am pleased with the staff, i think they are very hard workers and their jobs are demanding so cut them some slack.

SNAP recert papers went to wrong address. When I finally got them (a week before they were due)I filled them out immediately and handed them in at the front desk. Never heard a word about it, but my SNAP is cancelled. They never answer the phone, nor do they call back if you leave a message. In person they refuse to answer any questions or requests for clarification. I'd rather ride mass transit for 4 hours to and from Towson than deal with Charltey.

If I could give zero stars I would. Staff demeanor is nasty and unhelpful. Erica the security guard does not speak with people well. Supervisor here claims they only do redetermination and recertification which seems like a lie and a waste of a facility. Supervisor claims all applications are forwarded to york road. I will never come here for assistance again as the staff and supervisor in total are unhelpful. I will be making a further complaint.

Do not come here if you are getting a placement and or original pebt card literally you will be waiting all day the security guard will let in and write people names down that she know to get them in faster Ive been here since 10:31 waiting for them to call E157 and still waiting it's literally 11:51 a.m.
