This store is absolutely amazing! There was a lady in the UTC location with her child creating a scene being extremely rude to all the employees. They handled this situation very well considering she was mad about a problem AT&T couldn’t fix! They were so respectful and knowledgeable. When it was my turn to be helped they apologized for her and were able to help me in a fast and efficient manner! I will be returning to this location only!

Came in to get an iPhone upgrade. Kim was wonderful in helping me do so, the phone I needed was not available in store but she quickly found a solution. She was pleasant and quick with the transaction. 5/5 customer service.

One of the people that works here got some nerve. I asked if she could put on a screen protector for us and she agreed. She applied it incorrectly resulting in bubbles on the screen & hair/dust between the screen and the protector. I showed her and she basically told me that I was worried about nothing & that I shouldn't be worried about it. What is it with ATT and gaslighting people? I told her that it does matter since my boyfriend paid $50 for the screen protector & she ruined it. I asked for a replacement & I was denied. She gave me lip for every single thing I said. She said "I told you that this was the hardest one" (after he had bought it) as a defense for doing a bad job. She told me verbatim "I didn't have to put it on." GIRL. I LITERALLY asked you if you could and you accepted! If you couldn't do it, then why did you say you would? One of my favorite things she said was "I doubt you could have done a better job,." Now those were just fighting words, there was absolutely no reason for that. She acted like she did me a favor for badly applying an overpriced screen protector. Trust I will be calling to complain about you.

I know very well, when I go into any place that involves technology of any kind, I’m going to be a handful. I don’t technology. Makayla helped me at this location, I couldn’t have asked for more. She was so patient with me, she even took the time to speak with my father, he’s a bit older, 😁 on the phone to explain things to both of us. She made sure I was getting the best deal possible and even got my family on a new plan, far exceeding the benefits we had with our old plan, and saving us a ton of money at the same time! I cannot express how thankful I am to have gotten this young lady to help me. Not ever did she seem frustrated or flustered when I wouldn’t know the answer to a question or have no idea how to do something, she took the time to show me and explain it to me. Because of Makayla, att, you have a customer for life.
