what are you talking about the caseworker wasn't doing her job and almost lost it and swore she would make sure the family didn't get the child. And fyi my co children are grown with grandchildren so stay in your lane with your ghetto self.

How do you sue them in federal court?? Do you have to have a lawyer?? I can't afford an attorney.

They gave full custody of my daughter when the father tested postive for marijauna the whole 2 years. Then denied me custody when i only tested positive for custody amd then turned around and gave custody of my oldest son to the paternal grandfather where the dope head of father lived. And went to jail because his own daughter got a hold of fentyal while she was only 10 months olds. Thankfully that little girl survived! Children services is a joke

That's a lie they took my daughter for a false claim and I'm still fighting to get her back

It's a process she will have to go through. So if she is deemed fit, etc then she might be able to get custody. If no one else is capable of getting kids and far as the way she raised her kids doesn't play a huge fact on custody. Hope this help somewhat

My children are being abused so far Montgomery County Children Services has pretended like it isnt happening when theres obvious evidence and i did nothing theres no evidence i have and my kids can not come home idk what to tell ya to do im in the same boat let me know if you figure something out

You would have to go up there in find out who was his caseworker in what family had him in if they know his were abouts

They check if you have utilities food beds for everyone kids have what they need or signs of neglect they get very nosey about everything personal lives too where you go what you do your free time exploits everything

I would show up on their doorstep and ask them why face to face. If u think a crime has been committed in a falsified birth certificate, I would also file a complaint with the police or somebody higher up the chain of command above MCCSB. Other than that, I really don't know what to tell you.

Call the non emergency police department number. They will take your report and by law have to investigate. If there are no adults the PD will call children's services and take care of the situation. It can be an anonymous call to the PD

Only your caseworker, their supervisor or your attorney can tell you what is expected. It would also depend on what the clinic recommended for you.

I'd talk with CPS before the birth, but there's nothing u really can do until the baby is actually born.
