I don't know if my previous post posted. Again, I have excellent doctors and nurses at Five Rivers. I have been with Five Rivers for several years, and will remain with Five Rivers. I have developed great relationships with the staff and am very happy and confident with the care I have received over the years. .

I went in for an appointment today. I seen Kate Fleming Berenson. First thing she says when she walks in is "well you were late so your appointment is not going to be long" I said my appointment was at 1040 and I was here then. She replied very rude "you checked in at 1043". I said I was in here before that. I was waiting in line, the person ahead of me was at the window for a few minutes. So then with an attitude she says "oh well sorry about that, your appointment is still going to be shorter". (Granted I wasn't even taken back till close to 11). She was rude and had an attitude the whole time. I don't take we'll to someone I first meet being rude to me, especially before I even say one word to you. It took everything for me to keep quite while I was leaving! She is a horrible physician! You are a physician you are supposed to be nice and kind. Not rude and have an attitude before you even walk in the room. Especially if you haven't even meet the person before. If you want to be rude then find a new profession.
