Questions & Answers

What is the actual time of operation or there a secondary phone number? Google maps, Facebook, and the website say you are open but each time I’ve called (last attempt was at 7:25 am) an automated voice tells me the clinic is closed.

What part of your policy requires that I have to empty my pockets and remove my hat to be sure that I'm not "hiding anything"? Because I felt like I was being interrogated because of my race and I was only there for a drug test. Please let me know.

Male white. Evey time I have been for a drug test. They ask me to empty my pockets and take my hat off. All place ask you do the same. They tape off the toilet. I have had orther places ask me to take off my shoes. They are doing there job. If you don't have anything to hide you will be ok.
