I found a very hurt dog a pit bull i would say she is young still she needs medical.attention very beat up scared i need to find some where to take her please help

The Humane society should be able to take her in and give her the help that she needs. Giving her proper attention and care. Helping her heal and be more comfortable. Before putting her up for adoption. To hopefully find her a forever home. Just call them, explain the situation. They should take her in.

The Humane Society isn't a veterinary clinic unfortunately... a dog that needs medical attention needs a veterinary hospital.
