Please help a stay mother cat had here babies outside and I don't want them to freeze and I can't have them in my apt what can I do😢😢

First of all....the kittens need the milk of their mother....they are newly born kittens....why take away the kittens from their mama cat!! Unless The Humane Society has a brilliant idea in feeding MILK TO NEWLY BORN KITTENS! Don't neglect the mama cat neither!! 🐱🐈🐈🐈🐈

Call them and tell them your situation; they should take the kittens immediately! May be a fee, I'm not sure. Good luck!
