We are moving in from out of state and won't be able to drive down next week. I've been looking but can't seem to find an online form to apply so that the water can be transferred in my name before the former owner disconnects service. Help

You might try calling during regular business hours and they may be able to email or fax and forms you may need. Hope this is helpful.
