Their online site never works, I can’t make it by to make payments during their open hours, it’s ridiculous. Own water department for all of Gulfport and you can’t even get your site to work. Then have the Audacity to tell me to pay online when I try and call during business hour, was told “just keep trying to click it and eventually it will go to our site” told them I have and was told, “if not my job to handle the internet” while refusing to take my payment over the phone

I have been trying since March of this year to get a broken culvert fixed in my driveway. Two or three orders was filed but I am still waiting for them to do the work! I called today(9/19/22) and they couldn’t find the work order so they said they would put in another order. So I guess it will be 2023 or whenever they decide it is important enough! Rating should be a zero!!!!!!

Although I appreciate the thought, maybe it's not the best idea to write happy birthday on these ridiculously overpriced water bills. It's not exactly the gift we want. "Happy Birthday, here's a super high bill!" Yes! Thank you!-Not.

Your right. They never ever answer or call back. Really makes you mad when I'm trying to give someone money and they can't even answer the phone. And then when they say they will email you they never do it
When I go in to pay my bill, I'll be happy to tell them. That's what I can do.
$150 deposit and $40 service free but the $40 can be put on your first month bill

Deposit i believe was $150? Then no more than $50 for the activation fee but that's first bill. Also, paying bills with card gets some percentage charge. I didn't know till after I paid my first one but the workers afterwards said ahead of time before paying (the first billing worker didn't say nothing)
