Everyone we encountered from the sales team to the design team and project manager was incredibly professional and answered our questions. We've been in our home for six years, it's the best decision we've made!

Overall very displeased with the construction work for Elliott Homes and the lack of communication from their workers. Our house is 3 months old and we have a list of issues wrong that are not being addressed properly. Shady business and favoritism throughout the community. We will never purchase an Elliott Home again!

Closing date was pushed back 2 and a half months from original date , home was still not completed but had to move in due to no where to live . Been waiting on repairs since I moved in in August 2021 it’s now almost April . Warranty department is non existent would not do business with them again or recommend it!

Buyers beware the quality of these homes have went down. Added photos which I cropped the names out are multiple complaints from our subdivision . They do a 60 day walk through and year walk through and it has been frustrating for them to fix. They do not come on scheduled day that they have arranged after you pushed personal plans to the side for them. And when they come on the rescheduled day to fix it at once like they promise it takes multiple days and rescheduled days as if you work on their schedule . I still have a few things that haven’t been fixed because “it’s supposed to be like that”. When closing on a house I would definitely hire a professional inspector to walkthrough the house with you ! We gave them the benefit of the doubt and that is one thing I do regret! They bricked over our cable and internet wire had to redo that used wrong mortar to rebuild and had to redo it again , had a electrician fall through the ceiling! I also had holes behind mirrors that had to be fixed. Our door seal/threshold bounces in entry way and nobody knows how to fix it but they do not want to come and remove door frame to fix correction. It bounces up and down when stepped on and was told “ it’s the way it’s supposed to be”. I would ask Elliot home buyers from Past to present before making a decision . We went with them because of how highly people spoke but now it seems their quality has went down from the number of negative things you hear ! I’ve had more problems with this home than the DR Horton home I purchased in the past !
