Gulf Coast Community Ministries is a wonderful organization whose greatest strength is the volunteer staff that serves a hurting community with dignity, love, and compassion. The services offered include a food pantry, clothing closet, medical care, spiritual counseling, prayer, and more.
John Carlisle
Very polite and helpful with food and clothes.

Gulf Coast Community Ministries has been serving the needs of the Mississippi Gulf Coast for 18 years, assisting people with food, medical needs and clothing. Our church supports this ministry with numerous volunteers and significant funding. This important and vital ministry meets the physical needs of the vulnerable and offers spiritual care in the name of Jesus.

This ministry has a food pantry and a medical clinic. They do not visit the homes of their clients.
You need proof of income for you and anyone you include on the application. You need to show picture identification for you and a social security card for adults without any pucture i.d. and if the address on your picture i.d. isn't the same as where you reside, you must provide a utility bill in your name with your current address showing. For any child under 18 years of age, you will need their birth certificate if you include them on your very brief application that is filled out by the volunteers. Requirements may be different for those without a place to reside. P.S. If I have done too much writing, just highlight the answers to your questions (lol) Blessings🌻
