Chicago research study for my opinion is very unprofessionalI had two reps to contact me ask me to do the screen to see if I qualify and I already been qualified and another rep called .They should they commution and not pretend to help They are racialThey are racial profilingThey are racial profiling and IThey are racial profiling and I can tell A rep in the call center named SusanHung up on me because I asked questions so disappointed and even more depressing

I just finished a study with CRC and every interaction I had with them was professional and friendly. They were very flexible and great to work with and made me feel very comfortable. They explained everything in detail and took the time to answer all of my questions. All of the staff was great, especially Ben and Justin, who I interacted with most. Thanks for all your help!
