I call when they open / or I go in person / or I dial Any extension and leave a message. Or leave an email to a case worker . They have helped me get rental grants and assistance totalling/( 10.5k) I love this organization ❤ .I'm a single parent and I probably would be homeless if it weren't for all their kind help and leg work. They are short staffed so you may have to go in person. 10 S .Kedzie also helps and the Chicago Urban League and Changing Lives organization also helps with almost the same things.
