I took my niece to that office recently. Good service front staff is very nice and helpful. The doctors as well. A little bit of wait to see the doctor but worth the wait.

All the staff were very professional, I felt very well, very comfortable, Dr. Juan Mercado I also like to go to that clinic although it is very far from my house, but they treat me very well as a private clinic. I highly recommend it.

The services that were provided were not the services requested. I requested a mental health evaluation, given as a parole stipulation to become a free man. I set up the appointment, explained what it was for.. and after waiting a month for the appointment, was told that they could not provide any services that were “court ordered”. After sentencing at Cook County jail:. I was finished with the court system. The parole stipulation was given via IDOC and the parole board. I’m still being charged for services, as well as my insurance provider. I’m refusing to pay because that it the equivalent to ordering a steak at a restaurant and receiving a burger. I called to try to have the situation taken care of, but the response was “Services were still provided”. Esperanza did NOT meet the expectations that were being looked for and I didn’t not receive the care that as needed. I tried calling, and there is just no getting through to these people. Take your mental health issues somewhere else. These people only care about the money you have to offer, not taking care of their patients.

Bad attention they give the doctor's appointments at a specific time they make you wait more than two hours and when they say your name they tell you that it takes 30 minutes longer than we wait or they give us an appointment up to a month later... this is not the first time So ..!!
