I had a bad experience with the director of Behavioral Health, Jessica Boland. I was receiving sessions with her for my depression. I had requested to have a virtual zoom meeting/session with her but every time we had our appointment she would not join on our virtual session. There were two times where she didn’t call me for our session. I had to call the place in order to have our appointment. On the third time she called 4 hours later from what our appointment was scheduled for. So on my fifth appointment was to let her know that I was no longer interested in receiving “help” from her for my depression. While at the end she still asked which date worked best for our 6th appointment. I obviously did not move forward with this since on top of it all when I would speak about my depression she wouldn’t have anything back to tell me. Throughout our sessions she stayed quiet. I was very unhappy with how she handled every single of our appointments. I do not recommend Esperanza and most of all Jessica Boland.
