There are several garages that you can park in. Visitor parking is usually in the Lavin building, the garage that's on Huron right across from the Galter and Feinberg Pavilion, or the garage that sits on the corner of Erie and Fairbanks. Depending upon where your appointment is, there's a garage that's close by. All are connected to the hospital via the 2nd floor.
Down in lower concourse of the building. It's best to check with the dept first.
Make sure your pointed to the right wing. And FYI the 2nd floor connects the buildings so you don't have to go in and out for different areas.

Not sure specifically, but I have a huge truck (SUV) & I don't have problems. As long as it's a vehicle not a commercial truck, you should be good. Otherwise, there is (expensive) street parking & valet.
