Just got my medical marijuana card at Soul and Wellness in Pilsen and it was the EASIEST process I’ve ever been through in my life. If you’re looking for a place ~ this is it! They also offer cultivation classes and a variety of holistic health services *and* have medicated products on site. Tiffany is such a kind and overall awesome person. I initially was going to tackle the IL medical cannabis application process alone but I am SO glad I didn’t and I worked with Tiffany at Soul and Wellness Chicago. As a current medical cannabis patient, I wanted to ensure my application would be approved. Anything that contains thc I believe you need the card I don't think you do with cbd products just too be on the safe side google Soul and Wellness the number is there they will know for sure. 😀

No doctor can prescribe medical marijuana. You either qualify for a card or you dont. Once you meet qualifications she can assist with the entire process there. She is great! PROFESSIONAL and goes beyond her way to help

I paid $150 with soul and wellness plus 20 for the picture. $150 for the doctor... Separate from soul and wellness. Then i got free fingerprints at dispensary 33. Then the State wants $100 for the card
